SR dried our water damage in less than 3 days. Steven & Taylor were both professional, timely, and flexible. They come highly recommended for any home restoration services in the Charlotte area.
The initial mitigation wasn't terrible. We selected the company to also do the repairs. This was July 4th... We're STILL waiting on cabinets and flooring, 9 months later. Issue after issue. Beyond frustrated. EDITED - May-- STILL waiting on them to respond about last of repairs. BEWARE of this company. The owner is even unresponsive. Has been telling us for 3 weeks that he'd call us, still nothing.
Best company for water damage in Charlotte. I recommend hiring them if you recently had a flood or any type of water damage to your property.
