Service Specialist

Whirlpool referred these guys to repair my wash machine. Came out replaced the mother board. Day later go to use it the new mother board was out again. Called them back set up appointment they never showed. The had no courtesy to call me back. After several attempts I tracked them down..Whirlpool scheduled another date see what happens

At first, I thought that everything was going to go really well with my service. It sounded like they were knowledgeable. They ordered a part for me without having to even come to my house, but then when the part came in, and they came to install it, the gentleman just talked our ears off after replacing the dishwasher motor and then said oh by the way when I pulled out your dishwasher, the water started to leak so you’re going to have to go to Menards and get a hose and replace that. I told him it didn’t leak before are you going to replace the hose and he said he didn’t have one. So he ended up, leaving without finishing the job and leaving us with a dishwasher that was all put back together again. Very disappointed in my service.

We were paired with this company for a warranty repair on our GE refrigerator. After leaving three voicemails with no response, we asked the warranty company to find someone else. Completely unresponsive and showed no concern for customer service.

Mike offered top notch service. Not only did he replace the warrantied motor on our 8 year old LG washer, he went through other maintenance things with us ensuring that the machine was in good working condition before he left. Highly recommend

The seal spring had come out of my LG front load washer. I was trying to find help when LG directed me to Service Specialist. Responded quickly and stopped on his way to another job as this was a quick fix. Thank you for the amazing service!
