I had a great experience with both Jodi, for scheduling and Nathan for the service!! Very upfront and honest with all that was needed and required to be done. Was able to book the hot water heater replacement for the next day. They had availability THAT day, but I was not able to get off work. I would highly recommend SERVICE STAR PLUMBING to anyone!!! I have passed on their number to all my neighbors in case they have any plumbing needs. It's a messy job and they left my house like there was nothing done!!! They cleaned up and hauled away everything!! Again, truly had a great experience with this company!!

The Master Tech fixed the issue and gave me 2 cost estimate for short and long term repairs. It look took an hour for repair and the tech was friendly and professional. Tech pointed out other items in our basement that I didn’t know we have for future improvements. I was happy and satisfied with their work and will recommend them to family and friends.

It is rare nowadays to work with someone as straightforward, honest and detail oriented as Nathan. We had a list of plumbing issues that we’d been putting off and I’m so glad I called him. Communication was easy. I called and didn’t leave a message. I immediately got a text apologizing for missing my call. I was able to schedule through a quick text exchange. The service fee was reasonable and refunded once we decided to work with him. He presented several options with pricing to address our most pressing needs, and worked on all of the issues the same day! He left the work area cleaner than it was when he got here. Highly recommend Nathan! Awesome, trustworthy guy who knows his stuff! He came out and looked at a checklist of items I needed done to satisfy an inspection report and he did great! He gave us three options to choose from for the things we were needing done and let us know what was priority and what could be skipped bc it wouldn’t be necessary. I was grateful he spent the time to explain what he was doing and he priced very fairly and competitively! He took a Quick Look around everywhere else to make sure there were no other glaring issues and gave me tips on how to maintain what he did. I’ll definitely use him as our go to guy moving forward! Scheduling was easy and they had excellent communication along the way and arrived promptly for our appointment time!
