Service Today Heating, Cooling, & Electrical Repair

Spent $2,625 to get a new water handle, spout, shower head, and some pipe work. I have hot water everywhere in my house except at the tub. This work was done on Friday (yesterday) and there is no technician on duty until Monday. I could have done it for much less but needed it repaired ASAP. Unless it is warranty service I will never use this company again. Expensive lesson learned. Consider your options carefully before making a call for their service.

The furnace vent pipes were not glue and came loose. Carbon monoxide was pumping into the house. Air tec couldn't even return my call. Consumer beware.

We had service today install a new furnace and heat pump a few years ago and paid extra for a service plan and scheduled maintenance. Now for the last year the company has not returned our phone calls or emails for our annual hvac check up. We had to pay another hvac company to repair our heat pump, when our service today plan should have covered us. Service Today offered to reimburse us with furnace filters for having another company fix the heat pump ($389.00), Then ghosted us. The last time we heard from Service Today the person on the phone told us, "it's not our fault no one wants to work!"

Mike gave us an estimate. He was very thorough. He changed the air filter on the furnace and explained when it should be changed. He was very personable and asked me to call him back out if I had more questions about purchasing central. Very nice guy. You are lucky to have him on your team.

Schroeder's dispatched an excellent and professional HVAC tech to my home on short notice. They extremely responsive, communicated with me often and diagnosed issue quickly. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone reviewing these reviews.
