Working with Lucas and his crew was excellent. It was hard to have my home demolished but Lucas and his team worked hard to get the job done and get my home fixed! Definitely recommend using them for any damages to your home.

A large tree fell on my duplex in Olympia during a windstorm. My local insurance agent recommended ServiceMaster 1st Choice to do the rehab work. I took her advice and I'm so glad I did. Since I live out of state, I relied on Tyson, Sydney and Mathew, to keep me up to date about the project's progress and challenges. They regularly sent me photos to document their work and worked well with my property manager. They were helpful and supportive when I had questions and especially helpful when I had some issues with the insurance adjuster. While I hope to never need their professional services again, I certainly recommend ServiceMaster 1st Choice without hesitation or reservation.
