ServiceMaster A-Town/Hi-Tech Cleaning & Restoration

The day before New Year’s we had a serious water leak and I didn’t hesitate to call Service Master. They came within an hour and brought all the equipment they needed to get me dried out. By the time I knew they had a game plan for me and checked on us for the days after. Phillip and Andy took great care of us and was very caring about my little boy’s well being in the home while this was going on. I would recommend their services to everyone and I appreciate what they did for me and my family and our home. Great service and caring hearts.

Gary, Andy and Bryan did an amazing job on our home. After the February freeze we came home one evening to water everywhere. Andy got us all dried out and Bryan’s crew made our home as good as new. 10/10 recommend!!

Shaquita was very professional and a pleasure to work with. She did an amazing job of listening to my concerns and addressing them specifically. She was very thorough in examining the affected areas and explaining the treatment plan and expectations. She was detailed in her work and approach, and we are extremely satisfied with the results! I also spoke with Jonathan regarding concerns/confusion on the estimate. He was very open to hearing me out and addressed my concerns with transparency and kindness. We are thankful for their hard work and how focused they are on customer satisfaction!

My wife and I went out on a date for the first time in months. When we got home water was everywhere, sheetrock was sagging, and the paneling was buckling. Thanks to the crew at ServiceMaster being able to get there quickly the damage was contained and the restoration was able to begin way faster than we anticipated. 5 Stars! I had a major sudden water leak at the house. I called them and they came out immediately. I live in the big country and they made it in record time. Began the drying process and water mitigation that night. They went to great lengths to prevent any further damage, provide moral support and as much physical comfort within the home so we were not displaced that night. Jonathan has gone above and beyond the realm of good customer service. He not only went the extra mile but rather more like, a marathon. Him and the team have done an outstanding job. Making this incredibly stressful situation manageable. I'd like to recognize Lori, Brandon, Joseph and Mark for all being professional and providing excellent customer service.
