ServiceMaster At Bakersfield

Had a water pipe break in my attic of my two story home. It soaked the ceiling, walls, and carpet. Service master came in to set up blowers. Came back two days later and said it was all dry. But it was far from being dried. so my husband fired them and called someone else. When they came in they said everything was still real wet and set up their blowers. Way better job from the other company. This set us back a week.

Despite the unexpected need for the company’s service (blown gasket in dishwasher/water damage) it was a pleasure having the guys out. Israel was kind enough to explain the process and what to expect next. He recommended updating things around the house that would help to avoid future problems.

It was a pleasurable experience meeting Alex and Russ from Service Masters, Both were very professional, The demo and cleanup was amazing from start to finish, Nothing was left behind for me to have to pick up or throw away.

I would like to say thank you to Israel, Russ, David and Robert for a perfect job on my water damage.They were very professional and did a great job on the clean up also the packers did a great job packing my stuff up to get it out of the way. We had a leak in our kitchen. It's the second one in less than 4 years. Our insurance company sent another mitigation company out and as soon as they walked through the door, I knew they weren't the company for me. I had this terrible feeling inside of me and I felt as if they saw dollar bills thinking it was an insurance claim. Little did they know, we ended up having to pay out of pocket! I reached out to my insurance company and they sent out Service Master. Russ came out to our home and I felt so much peace. If you have ever encountered Russ, you know he's a kind and thoughtful person. He is the best when it comes to customer service. He listens to every word his customers say and he cares about their situation. Having an emergency like this, especially during the holidays is difficult
