Terry was wonderful, he showed up very quickly to get the issue addressed. He was polite, had great customer service skills and viewed the situation professionally and told me all the facts. He explained the situation and assessed everything thoroughly, he even found a cabinet that I forgot to look in. He was way better than Servpro

I cannot recommend ServiceMaster enough. Terry is one of the most helpful people I've ever interacted with in a situation like this. He was out to my house 10 minutes after I called for a massive sewage issue. He gave me tons of information and helped guide me through what to do, and him and his team called me back and had already gotten with my home owners insurance before State Farm had even called me! I was blown away by the attentiveness and speed of these guys! My house had been totally pumped out by the next day. I truly trusted them and felt like family. Absolutely amazing, would recommend to anyone. Call them if you ever need something like this!!! Terry you're amazing, I appreciate you more than I can say.

Nothing like starting the year with a kitchen disaster.. Thankfully, Terry from Service Master, came to the rescue!! He was able to get us in for an initial consult so fast, and has been prompt and so helpful with every question we’ve had. He got to work quickly, and has kept us informed every step of the way.
