I had a significant amount of water run into my business, flooding my retail Lobby, office space, and part of my production floor. After our initial panic with getting things unplugged and off the floor to safety, I called ServiceMaster by Glenn's. Writing 40 minutes, they had a. team and equipment inside my business. They tested for water saturation and immediately began vacuuming up the free-standing water, as well as the water in the carpets and flooring. As soon as that was done, they deployed 10 and a large dehumidifier to pull more moisture from the air. This allowed us to remain open full-time without losing any business. ServiceMaster by Glenn's has been a blessing to us not once but several times. Most recently my Mother's condo was destroyed due to the tornado that came through Vero. Keith and his team came in and completely restored her condo. They did an amazing job. Her condo came out beautiful and was ready to move back in record time. Everyone was so professional, understanding, and a pleasure to work with. They helped make a very stressful situation easier to deal with. ServiceMaster by Glenn’s was instrumental in restoring some condominium units that were severely damaged by a tornado spawned by a hurricane. Owner Keith Grella was here the next morning surveying damage and started immediately to prevent further damage. Since I had no project manager experience he outlined normal flow of work. His company in coordination with other contractors - required to get owners back in their units as soon as possible. ServiceMaster crews were easy to work with and did their best to keep unit owners informed of the work progress. Keith was always available to respond to my calls and questions. Keith Grella and the ServiceMaster team did a great job restoring 6 units in our condominium building after we got hit by a tornado in 2024. They were there the day after the storm and stayed until all units were restored. They scheduled work around the needs of the unit owners. They worked in concert with the roofing company to minimize further damage. Keith seemed to know more about insurance policies than our insurance adjuster did, and definitely more than I did, leading to full reimbursement for the roof and most of the damage.
