If it were possible to give a 0 i would. This place is a joke! Way too many things to list that they did but if you choose to use this company i strongly encourage you to take pictures and document. Had a small fire and smoke damage throughout my house. They came and gave an estimate but never firmly set start date. I tried numerous times to contact them before they went in to my house but nobody returned calls. After 5 days of them being there I had to call 3 times before someone returned a call saying the job was "completed". After I went to inspect I was shocked at how poor of a job they did. The house still smelled of smoke probably since they were to remove carpet but they left the pad though which had absorbed the smoke smell, there was soot and fire extinguisher powder still on wi

If I could give less stars I would. They changed my appointment time barely 24 hours notice, 15 minutes late, didn’t do the full job that I paid for, and are now dragging their feet on refunding my money.
