My go go to for thorough cleaning. Gary is the only representative i can count on to educate me on how to prep and finalize a well executed job. I will admit I have had my headaches with them before but it has been redeemed. Thank you Lea and Service Master team!

I had a house fire in November 2024. At every step of the way this company was terrible. I am forever grateful I switched to Rainbow Restoration. The insurance company initially used them. They damaged the side of my house and denied for weeks that it was them when it had to be them. Their bid for demolition of the house was so high that my insurance company demanded we switch. Then they decided to make me take all of my shirts in the middle of a working day by myself. Why was this a practice that they had? Who knows? Then I started receiving checks in their name like other contractors. Unlike other contractors like Rainbow, the finance officer decided to tell me that it has to be that way unless I affirmatively tell my insurance company. Her manner of speech was like talking to a child

Very pleasant experience despite unpleasant circumstances. Chris always called before he was arriving and showed up when he said he would. Communication was great!

Do not hire this company. I was told it would take 2.5 days, it ended up taking 5. Also, had additional damage done that they later wouldn't admit to including damaging my counter tops by unnecessarily trying to remove my sink. Despite conversations with the project manager about this and discussing the crew member should not have tried to detach the sink and therefore denying any of it happened. There is photo evidence this damage was not there before they did their work. Also, steps were missed and then later denied. Including not cleaning microbial growth out of vents and trying to tell me it regrew in a matter of days despite the environmental testing employee saying that couldn't happen. The ServiceMaster staff were great. They were very professional and stayed on schedule. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'm happy with the results for my bathroom.
