We had a pipe burst from extreme cold temps at Christmas. After the pipe was repaired by the plumber, Service Masters sent out a young lady to inspect, remove damaged drywall and cleanup any mold found She was friendly, professional, and did exactly what she was sent to do. She ended up taking out more drywall than was first thought to need, she took care of the mold she found and treated that area and the surrounding areas. She cleaned up, took out at least 3 large bags of debris, and left the room very neat. Ready for the repair to begin. I highly recommend Service Masters. The picture with just the small section out is from the plumber. The other 2 are of what she removed. She did an awesome job.

I had a tree fall on my home back in September with hurricane Helen, the ServiceMaster Team came out, pick up and dried the water damage and tree debris. I worked with Julie and Laurie, and they made their part Easy. They also came back after the reconstruction and cleaned my carpet as promised without any hassle, the service was great.

Service Master went above and beyond it their excellent service. They worked expediently, tirelessly and efficiently. Nina who was our first contact was expert in assessing the damage, explained everything thoroughly, and stayed in close contact throughout. Claudia was also outstanding and excellent in her work. Julie, our account manager was very efficient. Ashley as the account executive was very thorough in explaining our charges. I am very pleased with the overall service that I received.

We had a water leak that soaked our entire basement. Service master came out immediately and looked at all the damage. The very next morning they came and cleared out everything, removed it all and set up their equipment. They came back everyday until all moisture levels were good. Very professional. I'd call them every time!

After an extremely horrible incident involving my son’s home. His insurance company set up an an appt with Service Masters Pro to assist with the cleanup. Service Masters were extremely prompt getting dispatched out. They sent Jesse Williamson to assess the situation. Jesse was extremely pleasant to work with and was very knowledgeable and helped explain our situation and the steps we needed to take throughout the process! Additionally, he has provided numerous follow up calls to check up on us and the situation. I highly recommend their services, especially if you are new to home issues and not sure what to do. They work hard to ensure you are on the right path forward!
