ServiceMaster Clean of Naples

I was given a date a time a week out by Jim, the one guy who always seemed to answer their phone. A week passed and the day of nobody showed. When I spoke with him again he told me he didn’t remember... but he could get to me the next day. I gave him the number of my house watch person so he could rescheduled with her (since she’s already wasted an hour waiting for him that day). He never called her. When I called him again he had nothing but excuses! No apologies. I am very disappointed. And not after waiting for over a week to have me carpet cleaned, I have to start from square one to find somebody. Very frustrating.

Jim has been doing the carpet cleaning on our house in Naples for several years. I appreciate his honesty, fast service, and dedication. Not only does he own the business but he still does service calls. He really cares about getting things to be up to his standards.

So unhappy with service. Scheduled carpet cleaning, never showed up. Left a message with Jim to call me. Didn't bother. I had to call him back. No apology, no offer to reschedule, nothing. Bad way to run a business.

The worst experience in customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Six couch cushions were ruined by the owner and when given the opportunity to fix the issue he did not. Waited 5 weeks patiently for him to fix but he delayed. Trying to push the work off until we just took the cushions from him to save him the insurance claim. As I loaded the cushions he watches and never apologized for his mistakes.

Thank you for cleaning my tile and grout! Both were extremely dingy and it smelly. These guys took a great deal of time and care. Now not only does my grout look clean it also smells great as well.
