Servicemaster Cleaning and Restoration Pro

Wouldn’t recommend this service. I’m 7 months pregnant and we closed on a house and decided to hire a professional industrial cleaning service. I have no idea what they actually cleaned. They broke a faucet handle in our bathroom and didn’t tell us, and our bathroom was absolutely not clean. The shower head was disgusting, underneath the sink was also disgusting, and the bathroom walls weren’t clean. We were told there was a complete clean and sanitation of the bathroom. Completely unacceptable and I would never use this service again or suggest this service to anyone. I’m beyond underwhelmed and found myself not only overpaying, but cleaning everything myself.

Our condo flooded and Mike came immediately to help mitigate and get everything dried up! They were quick, professional, and made sure to walk us through everything they were planning to do! Our floors have never looked better!

My place has never looked better. They got under the couch, into corners, even the ceiling fans. Super professional and left the whole house sparkling.

Our experience working with Service Master was excellent from beginning to end. Our questions and concerns were answered promptly, and several dates were offered in order to schedule the cleaning that worked well for us. We were never pressured to add additional services to increase the cost, and the price we were quoted was the price we were charged. They sent a team of three people who arrived on time and were clearly experienced and proficient in their knowledge of what needed to be done to transform a very dirty condo into a "sparkler." This was not an easy task, and the result of their efforts exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Service Master and would definitely call them again if ever needed.

I'm way overdue in posting this, but these guys were great. We had a bad fire in our condo and Service master handled both the mitigation (clean up) and the renovation after. Frank, Mike, Tina and the whole team were great to work with. I would highly recommend this group to anyone need of their services. The work turned out beautifully and we would definitely use them again if the need ever arises!
