ServiceMaster handled our water damage cleanup promptly and professionally. Their team completed thorough water extraction, drying, and mitigation while following proper restoration protocols. Communication and documentation were clear and detailed. When our insurance adjuster was scheduled, the ServiceMaster project manager met on-site at the same time to walk through and explain all work completed, which was extremely helpful. We were very satisfied with their professionalism and would highly recommend their services.

We recently Rob from ServiceMaster Cleaning by Roth out to address a mold issue in our attic, and the experience was exceptional. Rob was incredibly transparent and honest. He wasn't interested in upselling us. Instead he spent the time informing us what he would do in our shoes. What really stood out was his depth of knowledge. He drew on decades of experience looking at homes in Bellingham, and was able to share a bunch of information about local mold patterns and what he’s seen in similar houses over the years. That kind of local expertise was super valuable for us. I highly recommend this company and specifically asking for Rob.

We had a catastrophic roof leak that required extensive repair. Service Master carefully wrapped and removed all of our furniture and stored it for 7months while the work was being done in our home. They were incredibly professional, meticulous, and most of all, extremely KIND! The entire team could not have been nicer, or taken any more care of our belongings. Their supervisor, Paul, checked in with us throughout the re-construction, and was very responsive to any communication we sent. I can't recommend them enough.

Service Master by Roth was approved by our insurance company to mitigate water damage in our primary bathroom due to a water leak in one of the shower walls. The team that arrived was comprised of Garrett P. and Jackson. They arrived on time and always came prepared for multiple visits. We are very impressed with their respect for our home and property… They put on shoe covers without us asking, swept the front porch area, sidewalk and driveway to ensure any materials were removed and installed protective material throughout our home to diminish any dust, etc. Garrett and Jackson were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
