We had Adam and his crew come out for what we thought was a leak caused by our shower. It turned out to be a leaking copper pipe and they took care of everything that was damaged so the plumber could fix the issue. They took great care in their preparation and clean up after their work was done. I would wholeheartedly recommend ServiceMaster for any of your home “disaster” needs. They are very prompt and professional and were a pleasure to have fix our problem.

We had a sewer back up that flooded our laundry room, our garage, our kitchen and bathroom. Called Service Master of Columbia that night it happened and they were here the next morning. They were professional and told us everything they were going to do. They went above and beyond getting everything taken care of and fixed. ServiceMaster came to the rescue when we realized we had water damage on the baseboards, far from any water lines. After pulling the tub our plumber discovered a leak in a fitting, that had been going on for a while according to the amount of mold found in our tub surround, drywall, vanities, and even under our flooring. We spoke first with ServiceMaster on a Friday afternoon and they worked us in to accommodate being there Monday at 8 with the plumber. ServiceMaster worked to mitigate our loss (including educating us on the safety measures they put in place), were super fast with paperwork, and took the reins on working with our insurance. The drying process took longer than originally planned (we didn’t care, we definitely wanted to err on the side of caution and ensure it dried out well

I’ve had the luck to use them twice for water mitigation services. First for water heater that took out almost all the floors in my house. Second for a frozen water line that damaged some of the same floors. This recent time I had Pat, Liz, and Clayton out the night of the incident. They worked efficiently together to get the remaining water cleaned up, floors removed, and all their drying equipment setup. The following day Pat returned with his manager Adam so that Adam could closely inspect our cabinets to determine if they needed to be removed for further drying. Luckily they did not. He showed me all the ways they were able to make that determination before they packed up their equipment. Very professional and friendly crew. I’ve used them twice now. I hope I don’t have to have them in

Pat and Clayton did an awesome job with A routine Carpet Cleaning. Pleasantly surprised when they got out several stains that had remained from prior cleanings from other carpet companies.. Worth every penny to prolong the life of our Carpet. We’ll definitely use Service Master again.
