ServiceMaster DSI - Indianapolis

Tim and his crew made sure our upstairs bathroom was redone as we wanted and looks great! The surround (over the tub) and the floor tile will last us a long time and no grout to deal with! The repairs of the dining room ceiling and the wall outside my bathroom were well done and blend in. Thanks guys!

Our basement flooded in January of this year. It was after 5 pm and we came home to a complete mess. We called Servicemaster/DSI and Brandon came out within a couple hours of our call. He stayed until we were taken care of. He went above and beyond for us. The other water extraction guys and gals were awesome as well. They helped box up our belongings and demoed everything. Then came time for the construction part of it. Rick, Preston, and Hunter were fantastic. They did a phenomenal job. Cleaned up after and made sure everything was just as we wanted it. Greg and Dane were easy to work with and very informative. We were very pleased with or entire job from start to finish. If we are ever in need of a restoration company, we will definately call them again.

What a fantastic service! Tim and his team were fabulous making sure everything was perfect and safe for my baby! They were quick to install and swept/mopped before they left. 10/10 would recommend.

After many delays with Service Master and insurance getting my bathroom renovation scheduled, Rick and Tim did a first class job with the repairs. Rick is quite a perfectionist and both he and Tim treated the job with thoroughness, going the extra step to make sure everything was done right. I’m thrilled with my new bathrooms. Thanks to both of them.

I can not say enough good things about the construction crew from ServiceMaster DSI. We had water damage upstairs which made its way downstairs to our dining room. We needed to have new flooring installed, drywall fixed, painting completed and more. The attention to detail Hunter, Cedric, & Preston paid to our home was incredible. They were always on time, considerate, cleaned up after themselves, and very kind. They had a wonderful construction manager as well who has high expectations of his crew, of which they had no issues exceeding. I would highly recommend the entire crew for any job you may have—they truly were jacks-of-all trades!
