Beware!!! Never been more scammed and disappointed in a company! After a devastating house fire, we signed a contract with Service Master because they were a preferred insurance provider. We thought this would make the process easier! Justin was a smooth talker that made us believe he would take care of everything. Six months later the demolition was not even complete. Some electrical and plumbing work was "done" but was not to code and did not pass inspection. Many short cuts were taken, and fraudulent charges made. Such as cleaning carpets that had to be torn out and replaced and claiming to clean rooms that were never even touched. Any reconstruction done by Service Master ultimately had to be redone by another contractor. The few items that could be cleaned and restored came back br

The staff at Service Master are extremely helpful and do listen to customers concerns and needs! If something needed to be redone or taken care of they were very good at getting it taken care of. It was very impressive that one of the staffs supervisors came out to inspect the work that had been done, he found a few things needing some attention and made sure they were done also. ServiceMaster was wonderful to work with! I had a tenant leave, and we could NOT get rid of the horrible smell. I called Alma at ServiceMaster and they came over right away and we talked about a plan. He gave me expert advice and options and we were able to get it taken care of immediately.
