ServiceMaster Fire Water & Wind Damage Restoration

Worst experience ever. This Service master ripped us off. Michael Jackson sent in a quote to State Farm, as if he would complete the entire job, and was paid for the entire restoration. He left and never came back to finish job as outlined on his paperwork quote. He was a State Farm" preferred provider" which was certainly a sham. His company name has changed also!!! It was Service Master of Mid KY!! (same owner) . Pictures below show how he left it!

ServiceMaster was a lifesaver for us after the March 2020 tornado/storm damage. We appreciated their friendliness, professionalism and how fast they responded to our needs. Will highly recommend again!

We had a very disgusting situation at our home, a backed up septic system into our home. I had no idea where to begin in dealing with this situation. We were given a contact to service master by our insurance company and within a couple of hours of our call they were at our home dealing with the mess. Its like it never happened!!!! so thankful for their hard work.

We had a water leak at the fire station at the first part of the year and they took up the flooring and dried up the water and stopped. They keep promising to come out and finish but here it’s the first of April and it’s still not done. Beginning to think maybe need to contact county attorney

Pete and Chris were prompt, friendly and professional. They took ownership of our situation, which was a flooded basement. I highly recommend.
