ServiceMaster KRS - Milwaukee

ServiceMaster KRS felt more focused on money than actually helping customers. Communication was poor, concerns were brushed off, and it was clear once payment was involved, customer care dropped to the bottom of the priority list. The experience felt transactional and uncaring during an already stressful situation. I’d strongly recommend going with the ServiceMaster location in New Berlin instead.. they actually seem to care about the people they serve.

Incredibly fast, friendly and thorough service. Only company that responded during a city-wide diaster. This will be the only call I make when I need restoration work.

We cannot fully express how excellent the service was from Adam, Candice and their entire team when we were lucky enough to connect with them after the flooding of Hurricane Ian. Their comprehensive, professional, friendly and effective remediation of our home is one of the prime reasons our property is in excellent condition now...and our property value has been protected. Adam was great to work with on getting mold out of my attic. I’d recommend him to anyone who needs to get rid of some mold! And he had a fair price compared to all the other restoration companies I had come out. Thanks again!

My mothers whole house flooded due to a burst pipe on Christmas which fell on a Sunday. Service master told us they would come the following Tuesday. They never showed up OR even called to tell us they wouldn’t be there. We called the day after and they said they would come the next day. Again never showed up or called. So now it’s a week and a half later and we still just never heard from them. Luckily we found a more responsive and professional company. Stay away from service master and call any other company before you call them. I will tell this to anyone who asks for a recommendation. Wish I could give zero stars.
