Derek responded to my frantic call and sent his team over immediately! They began a water leak remediation within an hour of my call. TJ, Josh, Adam and Alex came to my house every day to monitor the moisture level pre & post floor removal! We are all set for repair after a successful remediation process. I highly recommend ServeMaster of Bux-Mont.

They were just awesome! I trusted them in my house when I wasn't home and Chris and Cassie were constantly in touch!! I had a kitchen flooded and they went above and beyond the expectations of what they were charged with doing!!! I have reptiles and one, Sassy is a 3 foot long Savannah Monitor who has free range of the household and Cassie, who is not a reptile person, checked on him, locked in my bedroom and called me almost every day to let me know he was alright!!! What other company does that!?! If I ever have a problem with water/fire damage, I know who I'm calling!!!! Thank you Service Master of Bux Mont!!!

I had 3 floors of emergency water damage due to a broken toilet on the top floor! Water everywhere! They sent 2 young men to do a man’s job! They showed up for 5 hours the first day; and 1 hour the second day and left because they stated my home was too HOT to work due to their heaters/blowers drying out my home! This could have been a major disaster for me; as I am a SR. Citizen! I released them of their services and hired ServPro who did an excellent job!

Josh was an absolute dream to work with. He kept me informed every step. He had the code to my house and would come and go as needed. The house was uninhabitable due to major water damage. I wish he could be the project manager for the rebuild, because the mitigation has been by far the easiest process so far. I would highly recommend to anyone in need.
