Servicemaster came through for us big time yesterday(a Sunday). Our Hot water heater basically exploded and I contacted Servicemaster for the mess of water in our garage. Braxton came and took moisture measurements and quickly got to work demoing and setting up fans. Thankfully Adam hooked us up with Dan and Pearce to help us decide whether we should make a claim with our insurance company. I highly recommend SM to help with water/fire/mold emergencies! If you would like to work with a company that lacks professionalism, communication, and forethought, this is the company for you. In March of last year I had small fire that damaged the wood, flooring and some electrical wires under my 6 by 8 laundry room addition on my house. Communication to me and internally (between demo department and construction department for example) was pretty lacking from the start. It only improved a little after having two conversations with the project manager about his lack of communication, and then went back to how it was: lacking.
