After a frozen water pipe break the ServiceMaster for Clack and Jackson County crew responded quickly and efficiently to cleanup and dry out the home. They helped to work with our insurance carrier to cover the cleanup and estimate costs for repair. Based on our experience with the cleanup we retained ServiceMaster to rebuild. I came home after an extended absence to find the water heater had redecorated the basement floor. My first call was the plumber and he said you need Service Master. He did the calling and three were on the job by noon and worked for another 4-5 hours. 20 machines were brought in for 4 days to dry it and clean the air of mold. Someone came to check the progress each day. All of the the moldy cupboards and carpet was carried out of the basement and hauled away.
