ServiceMaster of Vineland

I had a major water leak at my warehouse and called ServiceMaster because they advertise 24-hour emergency service. Last night around 8 PM, I clearly explained that if the water was not removed quickly, it would freeze and make the situation much worse. I was repeatedly assured this was “no problem,” that they had all the necessary machinery including generators, and that a crew would arrive at 10 AM and finish before my electrician arrived at noon. None of that was true. This morning, instead of showing up to do the work they promised, they called and said they were not coming to remove the water or ice at all, only to provide an estimate that wouldn’t even happen until around noon. Jesse and his entire team have been exceptional! They have all been extremely professional. Even more so, during this emergency they have been extremely kind. They were more than prompt in arrival and quick and thorough in the provision of services. I highly recommend this business.

Left my floor a mess had to call and have them come back.
