Service master by Bailey Restoration were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Customer service was outstanding, communication about the job was outstanding, the repair work was excellent. Anyone I dealt with were amazing, that is why I chose them to do the complete job. I just trusted them and they said they would take good care of me and they did. I could not be happier with the way everything turned out They have a great team. Vada, Travis,Carlos , and Noah were amazing.

ServiceMaster Restoration by Bailey were dispatched by my insurance company after a significant water leak. They called, let me know they were on their way. Showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do. My basement is dry! Bowen and Brody were great. I hope I NEVER need them again - but if I should I will not hesitate to call them and would absolutely have no problem recommending them to anyone who needed the services they supply.

Do not use this company! My insurance company sent Service Master by Bailey out to do some water mediation for a leak I had in my house. Initially, everything was going fine- until it didn’t. They accidentally damaged a cabinet door and I wouldn’t sign the completion document until they notated that they would fix the cabinet. They did- and my insurance company paid them. How - after numerous calls and emails- they will not return my call. I wanted to get a quote from them to “restore” all of the damage- but now I wouldn’t dare. It’s been over two weeks now. Nothing. The lady responsible for setting up the restoration appointment won’t even respond (I’ll provide her name to anyone that wants to make sure they DON’T work with her .). I Called Service Masters after having a water leak in my house. I already had a plumber fix the leaking pipe and SM responded relatively fast. Water had gone under my hardwood floors buckling them and it needed repaired and re-stained. The scheduling took several months to have the project started and there was little to no communication on when we were getting our floors done. Walt was our project manager. They had insisted that our furniture be taken out of our house and into a storage unit for the restoration, even though we had a basement and a garage that would easily hold the furnishing.
