Servicemaster Restoration By Creative Restoration & Flooring

Let me start off by saying I don’t normally leave reviews, especially one like this. However, if someone else had left a review like this one it might have saved us a lot of trouble. Went under contract with Service Master in Feb/March of 2021 for a medium sized home claim (around $30-$50k in damage). Daryn (project manager) started out very responsive and attentive. Fast forward to Oct 2021 and this is where we stand. Company did extremely sloppy work (porch boards have gaps, trim around roof is already coming loose and wasn’t cut straight, additional damage was done to the property which company stated they would fix and haven’t yet after 5+ months). After a waterline burst and flooded our basement , ServiceMaster in Kingston, Tn. came and did a excellent job drying and replacing damage floor and baseboard, paint walls, cleaning everything and put back furniture. It began with a busted water heater that flooded almost the entire house. We were so pleased with the cleanup that when we learned there was a construction company & flooring company associated with the Service Master business, we hired them to do the remodel and addition. We are very pleased with the end results! We'd recommend them to anyone!
