The service we have received to date from the Service Master team (Laine, Jonah and Dalton) has been excellent. These young men got right to work, everything was explained to my Mom and me down to every detail as to how every item would be handled. Their professionalism has made a difficult situation seem less stressful for my Mom, and that makes me very happy. Best customer service ever! I rate Service Master Wilmington Water Mitigation Team as exceptional. I had a sewage backup and within hours their team was in my home cleaning up and preventing further damage. Laine explained the mitigation process and provided contact information for team members. I was very impressed with the professionalism, respectful and reassurance we received from every member. I thank Matt McGraw, Laine White, Josh Lariscy, Matt Ketner & Jonah Abruzzino & Lisa Keith for everything they have done for us. They sprayed disinfectant and steam cleaned our bathrooms and closets. Dried the area with air mover and filtering equipment, fans and dehumidifier. I really appreciated the care given and seeing all debris removed from the property. Tim, Tony, Gabe, Cade, Josh, Jerry, Lexi, Laine, and Nicki did a wonderful job with all the repairs at my place after a major leak and the pack out and eventual return of everything on my 1st floor. In a short time, they replaced the entire downstairs flooring, did major drywall, a ton of painting, cleaning, re-did carpet, and moved everything out of my house and back in. Not one thing was damaged and I can’t even tell the repairs were done apart from having a fantastic new floor! 5/5 stars, would highly recommend.

Absolutely best and stress free experience in home restoration. Gabe, Tony (project manager), and Roberto are rock stars. Very patient and thoughtful. Answered every question in a way I could understand and they valued all feedback. Wonderful experience amidst devastating damage to my home. Highly recommend. I also want to note the project estimator Tim who was so nice and friendly during the entire process. He has the vibe of the handy neighbor who comes over and says, “let me look at that for you” then BOOM, you have an entire remodeled home. Seriously lovely staff to include Ms. Lexi, whose final touch included cleaning the 3400+ sq ft home from top to bottom. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I contracted Service Master in Hamstead for mold cleaning and remediation work after a water leak at my condo in N. Topsail Beach. This required gutting most of the condo. They completed the work faster than anticipated and did an excellent job! Communication was excellent (almost daily), and the insurance process was seamless. I worked with Matt (foreman), Laine (construction), and Bob (administrative and contracts). Highly recommend using this company for future work.
