ServiceMaster Restoration Services - Water - Fire - Mold Damage

As a flooring provider here in Southern Oregon we have worked side by side with Service Master. Andy & his crew are great to work with. Always asking good questions about the product their clients select so they can do a complete and perfect install. Good family-owned business I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs restoration services.

Daniel and his team were great to work with regarding water damage at our home. They inspected underneath home and devised an immediate plan to remedy the issues of clean up due to a leak. They used equip to dry and used a Dehumidifier, laid a vapor barrier under entire home, and used an ozone machine to remove odors from home. The smell was horrible and after completion our home is back to normal. They did an amazing job. They were very prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. Thank you to their team.

Service Masters crew was amazing. They were very patient with my 84 year old mother and explained everything they were doing after water damaged to her home. They left nothing behind when they were completed. Cassey and Lily also helped me by explaining the insurance company process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a restoration company.

These guys were grand! From the initial response when my water heater exploded at 830pm on a Saturday night to the regular communication during the entire mitigation process. Would 100% recommend & absolutely will call for any future needs!

We're almost done with the restoration of our house damage from the fire and I can say that except for the fire damage, working with Larry and Danny, including their employees, has been a pleasant experience. They have addressed all of our concerns and even helped us find other businesses to handle restorations they don't do themselves. They kept in touch and let us know how everything was going. They were available when we had questions or concerns and saw to it everything was taken care of.
