When my home was impacted by a flash flood, I contacted Servicemaster for remediation services. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would like to give special shout out to Mike Ziemba who efficiently handled the coordination of the repairs and to Ruben Delgado for his outstanding craftsmanship. Any project delays were through no fault of Servicemaster, but strictly through insurance delays. 5 stars is not nearly enough. I would give them all the starts in the sky! While I hope I never have flood damage again, I would not hesitate to contact Servicemaster and would request Mike & Rubin to handle my home repairs. We were unaware of a slow leak from our toilet upstairs that eventually leaked into the kitchen below. Our kitchen ceiling caved in and we were shocked. Service Master literally came to our rescue. They arrived and clean and gutted the area after wrapping everything that was in our cabinets with great care. Very efficient and time managed work by Joe, Eddie, Kayla and Jason. Then Mike and Banuvi arrived to assess restoration requirements. They both answered all questions and scenarios regarding above matters. I own a two-floor condo rental property in Perth Amboy, NJ. There was a pipe burst behind the wall on the second floor of my unit which caused extensive flooding on both floors. The laminate flooring, ceiling between floors, walls, kitchen countertop and all the cabinets were totally destroyed. Our water heater flooded our first floor. Service Master came here and did the demo work which included flood cutting the sheet rock, floor removal and treating for mold & mildew. Bertha and her team were top notch. Clean and professional. They did a pack out of my downstairs furniture and personal items and were very caring. Reconstruction handled by Service Master as well. Mike, the Construction Manager, was excellent. He understood our needs and worked with us to secure materials and fair pricing. What a roller-coaster ride with this company. Day one they come out and everything seems great. Then the site manager leaves. For the next 2 days theres no communication even though I was told they'd be back the next day and I burned a work day. They next 5 days was met with confusion and lack of communication. Two guys came during this time but didn't know the job or the previous crews process. Showed up with 1 truck which wasnt enough to remove even half of the material damage. After contacting my insurance agent and the site manager many times. I received calls from the manager, supervisor, and I believe owner. The next day the head guy(Tony) had his sister out. She was wonderful and thorough. She told me they would be back to pick up the unsalvagable items and do the deep clean. That w
