I had a great experience with this team. Alicia was my main point of contact and she was very responsive and communicated every step in the process of helping us deal with a leak we had. She is very knowledgable and I appreciated all the work she did for us. I felt she went above and beyond. I would absolutely use them again. As a small business owner it is challenging to have to deal with a leak and she made it very manageable so I good continue to focus on my customers.

Brandon and Josh did an excellent job setting up equipment and servicing our home after our incident. We felt completely comfortable with the guys, kinda like our sons! These fellas worked hard and had the BEST attitude, which means so much to us during an extremely stressful time. Personally, I think Brandon needs a promotion! HR needs people with his gifts. I believe he could sell beachfront property in Phoenix, AZ...

We needed to move all of our belongings out of our house after a pipe leak so we could replace the floors in our house. Our insurance company arranged for Servicemaster to handle the packing, moving and storage. They did a fantastic job. The initial review and assessment of the home was handled really well and I was well informed as to what to expect. Bethany was the point person who scheduled everything after that and she couldn’t have been easier to deal with. She should conduct seminars in how to communicated with clients!

This company was a God send! Everyone from the receptionist to techs were so pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. I had to pay out of pocket due to my insurance not covering any repairs/removal and they worked with me. They were honest about what I needed and communicated every step of the way about changes, their process, and honestly saved me some money while still providing top notch service!
