Sarah’s project management is solid across the board—organized, responsive, and on top of every detail. 10 days ago we experienced our first water damage event to our home. The damage was widespread affecting a number of rooms and hallways. As others in this situation will attest, this is quite a disappointing, emotionally challenging, and life-disrupting event. Despite this, the remediation team from ServiceMaster - Nampa has been absolutely fantastic. From Andrew, our Remediation Manager, to Garrett and Kaden, the primary Remediation Team members on site throughout the process, our experience was exceptional. Riane is an absolute delight and a true professional. I get to see her often through the 2C Community Roundtable, and she consistently shows up with a great attitude, strong communication, and a real heart for helping people. You can tell she cares deeply about serving clients well, especially when they are going through stressful situations and need the right team around them. I also really respect how ServiceMaster Restore builds strong relationships with vendors and contractors so they can connect clients with quality help when it matters most. I had a terrible experience working with ServiceMaster. It took months and months to complete the work on one small bathroom with incompetence seemingly at every step. The plumber they subcontracted with (Jeff from Steve’s Service Plumbing) was particularly bad. One of many examples of this was when he installed my new sink improperly and it leaked underneath causing water damage to my brand new vanity. It took multiple times of him coming back and saying it was “fixed” before he finally did fix it completely. Now this was all very annoying at the time, but I didn’t leave a bad review until now. The reason I’m leaving a bad review now is that just over a year from when the repairs were completed, a home inspection discovered moisture in that same bathroom all around the toilet. Turns out

Christopher and his team at ServiceMaster did a fantastic job on the cleanup and restoration of our crawl space after a major water leak. The team was always courteous, on time and kept me informed about the process along the way. Shout out to Hunter & Paul who spent the most time on this job. They did great work and represented ServiceMaster well.
