I recently had a water leak in my home and worked with ServiceMaster, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nate and his team were excellent from start to finish. They were extremely professional, quick to respond, and communicated clearly every step of the way. They focused on doing the job the right way, not just the fast way, and it made a huge difference. What could have been a very stressful situation for me and my family was handled smoothly and efficiently. If I ever have damage in my home again, they’ll be the first group I call. Highly recommended.

My waterline to my toilet let go in the middle of the night, on the second floor, which we woke up to the following morning. My insurance company recommended Service Master and so glad they did. I called them at 6:30 AM and Chris called me back five minutes later and was there in Southern NH in less than an hour. His crew arrived about an hour later. These guys went right to work, they were amazing and I can't thank them enough for what they did. We are so grateful for there quick action and performance. Tyler Gaudet and his team are absolute professionals and care about your space as if it were their own. We have a large commercial space and they were the perfect company to meet the needs we had. Had a major flood in our basement and ServiceMaster was recomended. Within 2 hours Nate Gaudet had assembled a team of professionals and equipment to deal with our problem. They explained what they were going to do the time frame involved with getting our basement back to normal and were always available for our questions or concerns.
