I live outside of Louisburg NC. My 23-yr old unit finally bit the dust so I decided I would give the "local" HVAC company a shot. I got a quote from them and I also called John Ray w/SURHVAC. John and I discussed various options and he was totally transparent about everything. I hit him with a lot of questions. I got a super cool Amana 16 seer 3.5 ton system put in for a grand less that the "local" folks and they quoted me a 14 seer cheaper quality system! The two installation guys (Carlos & Ernesto) arrived on time and did a GREAT job. Blake arrived just as they were finishing up the install my new thermostat and start the system up. He checked over EVERYTHING and ran the unit in all functions. All these guys were great! I highly recommend them.

Rico was excellent at the work that he did. He was very thorough in the work and prep work. Easy to talk to about the service and the problems found. Although Rico was very good at what he does, I was out of heat for over a week because Services Unlimited has an issue with scheduling or calling back in a timely manner. Granted my schedule caused some of this, but when a person is told that someone will call right back, I take that as calling back within a short term of time and not 4 to 6 hrs later to where I have to call back and see what the statu is.

I have been a customer and have had a contract for nine years. I have always been satisfied with the company, and they have performed major services, like replacing obe of the large, outside units. The technicians are informed and informative. I had a problem over Labor Day weekend, and the service man was here the same day. He showed me exactly why my air wasn’t going on. He was thorough, helpful, and honest. In addition, my daughter uses them as well and is also happy.

We had issues with our AC not cooling very well, and had Services Unlimited come out to look at it, as they had installed the system and it was under warranty. Our problem was tricky to show to them, since our AC would run, and cool air would come out of the vents, but it wasn't very cool or very strong, and so as the day went on, it would just keep getting hotter and hotter, even when it was only in the 80s outside. They were very professional and helpful, testing and changing various things, and then coming back out if the problem wasn't fixed. After a couple of changes that improved the situation, but didn't fix it, I ended up talking to the owner of the company, Clint, who was extremely polite and helpful. Great interaction with the company. Their tech, John, was extremely professional and helpful. Couldn’t have had a better demeanor and extremely knowledgeable. I had a mess to deal with and he was great w mitigating and handling w urgency. Cant say enough how grateful we are and will be using them going forward.
