My experience was HORRIBLE! The lady that answers the phone has very poor communications skills. She told me that the technician would call and be at my home within a range of time. When he didn’t call or show up I started calling. No one answered the phone for an hour. Then when the lunch hour was over I called and got hung up on twice before she answered only to tell me that her manager had sent the technician to lunch rather than keep our appointment. I told her that she had twenty minutes to get her manager to call me. Do you think he called? Nope. Am I going to tell everyone about it? Absolutely.

The technician was extremely generous and helped us with everything we needed. Fixed the main problem without adding any extra cost. He also fixed it extremely fast without taking much time of my personal life. Would highly recommend. Happy client.

i just called to get a fridge repair. I got told to wait and they just hung up right away. Horrible service.
