After we cleaned up, I called ServePro to take a look and see if we needed further remediation. On 09/08 a representative came out and did a free inspection. She saw a small spot of growth and showed me how to clean, but said everything else looked good and we didn't need further remediation. She was VERY nice. After a plumbing leak our insurance offered to send a team to mitigate damages. SADLY, I chose servpro! The loss occurred in early August 2020. A team of 2 showed up 8/9/20 to clean up and removed a hardwood floor. In doing so, they broke a glass in the oven door as I sat in a chair and watched. servepro HAVE NEVER CORRECTED THE BREAKAGE. They initially wanted to remove my entire cooktop and oven. Expecting a quick repair and turn around, I allowed them to take ONLY the door for repair. Approaching the Holidays with no repaired door I insisted on the door being returned. Amazing that they actually did something they said they would and returned the broken door. No offer of a replacement oven and cooktop, only that a door is ordered and ON BACKORDER, they'll call when it is receive

After a water loss, Servpro was sent in to tear out and dry which they did. And then no communication! We kept having to call the adjuster and call Servpro to find out what's next after this mess/disaster my house was left in. After more of me calling them, a PM who has never done a residential loss before, comes out say they have to do an estimate and doesn't know when they will be out for repair. I am down to a concrete floor! We are in the middle of week 3 of the water loss (Monday) will be 2 weeks since the dryers were removed. I had to call them, they never called me! Still don't know when someone is coming to start work. My house is in shambles and it's not a priority to anyone to com fix it. Flooring and Paint basically is what I am waiting on.
