We had a sump pump failure resulting in water in the basement. SERVPRO was quick to respond to my call. They and talked me through the process on the phone. Once I gave them the go-ahead they were quick to arrive at our home. Luis was a great on-site lead, with solid communication and knowledge. JB and the rest of the crew got everything set up within a couple hours of me reaching out. They were professional, careful, and thorough. The Operations Manager, Mike Hayes, made sure we were happy. Overall, they understand the insurance process & want to make things easy on the customer and take care of your issue. Great operation!

Do not hesitate to call Servpro of Brighton when you need professional help! We had a fireplace soot disaster resulting in ash being spread throughout our entire two-story home. Mike Hayes from Servpro arrived the day I called and formulated an immediate plan for cleanup. He was reassuring and knowledgeable and stayed involved to the very end. This was a huge job that hit right before the holidays and they were, amazingly, able to complete the most everything before my out-of-town company arrived. I can’t say enough about this team. We had flood damage in our home. When Mike Hayes and Aaron Tripp arrived with a team of crew members they immediately took control of the issues and assured me all would be taken care of quickly and respectfully. With direction from Mike and Aaron, the crew stepped into action covering all floors and protecting all walls as they moved equipment in. They asked questions and listened closely, assessed the situation and made an action plan with the crew. Some went to the main floor and others to the upstairs. They worked 2 areas at the same time. The plan was quickly executed with tear out and sanitization. At times I had 6 members in my house. Good experience! Obviously I was connected to ServPro because of major problems. Mike was assigned to my home, and helped ease my mind. His communication made me feel as if I was his top priority. He provided details throughout the process. Travis, stayed late at my home to assure the job was going well. I’m very appreciative of the hard work ServPro put forward for my home.

The team at Servpro Ashton, Aaron, Corey, Chris & Tyler did an outstanding job removing flood damaged drywall, trim, and flooring from my lower level.
