My washing machine flooded the laundry room, and the water went under the wall and soaked the carpet. Within an hour of calling Servpro, I was contacted by Ryan. He and his team were at the house shortly there after. They got straight to work moving furniture, pulling back carpet and soaking up water. Rayn then started informing (training) his team on the most strategic placement of the fans to have the greatest effect on drying everything out. While the team accomplished these recommendations, Ryan explained to me the billing for this job and what was to be expected of the next steps for recovery. The Servpro team was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and strategic in the placement of equipment for the greatest effect, and they worked well together as a team. Thanks guys, job well done.
