The beginning of the experience was amazing. The personnel who came out was super knowledgeable and they gave me a broken down quote that I was easily able to hand off to my insurance company. Everyone was pleasant, and the office staff were very kind and patient. The mold remediation they did was alright and they did what the mold assessor laid out in the paperwork but after they left I realized how sloppy the crew that came into my home was. They had broken tile that wasn’t part of the process, didn’t completely drain my toilet or pipe under the sink when taking out the vanity (which is weird anyways because that had to make it more difficult to even move the items around), laid down the toilet in my bathtub with no protection, and didn’t seal off my sewer line when the toilet was taken

I begin with DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Google “the servpro controversy.”We were way over charged. Insurance adjuster called it gouging. They left the room a mess would not pick up their heaters after 3 days so charged us for 7 days. And a month later after numerous calls asking for it to be picked up we still have a pile of wood outside.Threw guts of A/C fan away and the light switch covers that were unaffected by flooding. Basically what they “say” they will do and what they actually do don’t match.

They did an excellent service at my home. Attention to detail, everything was cleaned perfectly after my disaster. I'm glad I took ServPro as a cleaning company.

Good service and reasonable price for biohazard cleanup. Brendon was professional and did a good job throughly cleaning and removing the sink without damaging it, good communication also.

Jack, Brian and the crew at Servpro did an excellent job putting my house back together after flooding damage from Debby. It was basically gutted and they were able to fully restore it with many enhancements while maintaining the original structure. I highly recommend their services!!!!
