SERVPRO of Fallbrook/South Oceanside

I wanted to take the time to write a well deserved five-star review about SERVPRO in Oceanside. Unfortunately, I had water damage in my condo, and I needed mold remediation. I work out of my home, so I had nowhere to go while the cleanup took place. Everyone at SERVPRO has been phenomenal in terms of customer service. I’ve had the pleasure of having Matt Luecht and Alix Sullivan as my job managers, and both of them have gone out of their way to make me comfortable and explain everything to me. The excellent service doesn’t stop with management, because every employee on the job has been equally as good. Don’t even think about any other company; these guys are great, they show up on time, and they over deliver on their promises!

What can I say, we wouldn't have survived the storm (literally and figuratively) without the help from SERVPRO Fallbrook. Our home flooded due to 3 days of heavy rains in January and the water came through the walls of our home. It was a very traumatic event for our family. 2400 square feet home, damaged in a matter of minutes. Randy came in right away and helped us understand the severity of the damages even before the adjuster was able to make it out from FEMA. He got started with the mitigation the minute the adjuster gave us the go. He knew that we needed to get going on the remodel as I was 8 months pregnant and timing was everything. Contacted ServPro on Wednesday afternoon due to water damage from leaking roof during recent rains. Luis arrived as planned Thursday morning. After inspection of impacted area he provided estimate and process. Kevin and Jesus showed up Friday morning after notifying me that they were coming. Worked hard all day, impressive. Monday brought Kevin and Robert to attack floors. Again, super impressed by work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Robert returned today for final touch up and more drying time. Luis kept in touch throughout. These guys are welcome in my home anytime. Kind, courteous, kept me informed, knowledgeable of job, daily clean up. All around 5 star team that has been a pleasure. Jesus and Isidro were amazing!! They were polite, kind and professional. They packed all our items up, labeled every box, and did the demo too. Jesus let me know every day what to expect, and did a touch base with me before he left so I knew what was completed and what the next steps were. Isidro and Jesus were all smiles, despite the difficulty of their jobs. Really nice gentlemen to have in my home! Thank you Jesus and Isidro!!!

Two years ago, I had major water intrusion, damaging floors and walls. Luis Rodriguez and his team to the rescue. Fast, efficient dryout and clean up! Two weeks ago, another small, unrelated leak that couldn’t be found by 2 contractors. Time to call Servpro and Luis! It took him less than 30 min. An 11 year professional in the business, he understands how water travels and how to diagnose. There is nothing worse to hear the sound of dripping water and have no idea where it is coming from. Call Luis! I did and couldn’t be happier!
