We had a small fire (could have been much worse) a few weeks ago. Its the first house fire I've been personally exposed to and I learned very quickly that even the smallest of house fires can be traumatic. A friendly helpful face can mean the world. As Servpro wraps up the "pack out" phase of the process, I wanted give special recognition to Ana, Jessica, and Sachiel. Despite the cold weather, extended power outage, and trauma we've experienced these last few weeks, it was heartwarming and reassuring to have these three smiling, great natured, hard working, and attentive ladies in my home each day. Servpro was very responsive and did an excellent job. Ivan and Alex, Jose, Angela, Jason and Alberto were awesome. Very helpful and good communication. Nef, Jessica & Sachi were wonderful with our pack out! Truly helped me keep my sanity. They were very organized and meticulous. Great team!
