Set tech crew that came to do the work, Ryan and DJ, were great. They were methodical and talked me through light installation and placement. They were very respectful and accommodating. My main concern is communication with management. After initial contact with Brandon, when it came to the day of installation, there were some delays that could’ve been communicated. After being invoiced, I could not get into contact with Calvin or Brandon directly that would answer a question I had about billing. It’s unfortunate it came to this because his crew that worked did a wonderful job. Please work on the communication with your clients the day of and afterwards.

Great company. On time, polite, fairly priced, quick service. I will be using Calvin’s team for my electrical needs in the future. I had another electrical company check out my issue and Calvin’s team did it at a better price and without the damage/hodge podge the other company recommended. Very glad I chose Servtech.

Calvin and his crew are great. They are fast, efficient, and communicate well. I’ve used them for several projects raging from a total kitchen rewire (thanks to Harvey), to installing a plug for a tv in a brick fireplace.

I needed some service to an electrical panel for my home. Calvin came out within 30 minutes and spent all morning with me, carefully answering all of my questions. I have a manufacturing company and appreciate his courtesy and respect the depth of his knowledge.
