I contacted Set Appliance Repair to remove a gas dryer and connect an electric washer and dryer. I got an appointment for the same week I contacted Vasili. Service was completed sooooo quickly! Vasili not only disconnected my gas dryer but he moved it to the garage and brought my electric washer and dryer in from the garage. Other companies I called said they could not move appliances ☹️If you are searching for very reasonable and efficient service please don’t hesitate to contact to call Set Appliance. You will not be disappointed .

Vasilii was very helpful in quickly responding to my Thumbtack inquiry as to what I thought the issue was with my KitchenAide refrigerator and scheduled a timely service call with an estimate. The technician, Anton, was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and experienced with the water leak inside the refrigerator compartnent, behind the control panel, where the defrost mechanism and condensor is located. He was able to clean the drain and get it back to working order so the leak stopped dripping. Anton was also gracious to switch out the water filter which I had on hand. I am so glad to have found SET APPLIANCE and will reach out to them in the future!

Owner of SET APPLIANCES, Mr V. -Prompt -Clean cut-felt very safe -respectful of property/courteous -Was honest saying he did the test and “1 time out of 4 it stuck.” (I chose to replace my valve because my washer had overfilled twice.) And I didn’t want to risk a flood. But he was not pushy re the replacement piece and was generous to apply the $85. visit to his work. -Good communication texting-letting me know when he was on the way. AND!!! I got my refrigerator coils cleaned! (You should check how much has been caked on in just a couple yrs!) Prevent over heating and have your refrigerator last longer w/o the compressor over heating! I recommend SET Appliance Repair

Vasilli with SET Appliance Repair was great. He diagnosed my washer issue quickly, ordered the part, and had it repaired within a week or so. I particularly appreciated his timely and frequent communication since we are seasonal residents and not available when the repair was needed. I had had Badger Bob come out previously and was not at all happy with their service. They told me I needed to run cleaner thru the washer a couple times, which did not work. But I still had to pay their pricey "come out and take a look" fee!! And all I got was bad advice!
