Set In Stone

The project wasn’t without some hiccups, but the finish product is stunning. The quartz countertops and backsplash are beautiful. Installers were great and very respectful of our house.

We got our granite here for our new build. The selection and the staff at the store was good. There was one slight problem with the install but that was corrected and the finished product exceeded our expectations.

So we were given them as the point of contact, by our builder. My wife made a trip down from out of state to pick the countertops and some other finishes. This part was totally her mistake, she did not get anything in writing from them, saying which counters we chose. When we went in for our walk through inspection. The counters were not what we chose. The salesman never wrote anything down. And we got the wrong stuff. They will not talk to the builder or us at all we were even willing to except the counters that were there. Except for the master bath. But they will not do anything.

Dealing with set in stone is a total nightmare. They utilize predatory business practices to scam their customers and their products are poor quality and unfinished. This all began while looking for granite for our new build in 2021. We lived out of state and had to travel multiple times to select the granite for our home. We were met each time with grumpy front office staff, unwilling to help. Each time we felt as if we were an inconvenience. The granite (marble) that was installed in our home was poor quality from the beginning and was never sealed properly. We have had trouble with it from day one. This has led to “pitting” and an overall grimy appearance. Recently, I called to make an appointment with them to have our countertops resealed and to have a chip in the granite fixed. Agai

Absolutely the best experience with a company I have ever had! Every single person I spoke to or came in contact with was so nice and actually went out of their way to help and follow up with me after calling. I could not say enough good things about them!!
