Absolutely Outstanding Service!!! Great customer service begins with a phone call to their office. Answered all of my questions. I was new to septic service and had very little knowledge about it. They came out found my tanks(not where I thought they were) and did the complete pumping service and answered my 100 questions. This business is a model for customer service. They knew the history of my home and had provided service to the two previous owners. Thank you very much. You have a customer for life!

Hands down a wonderful company to work with. We needed a new septic installer after our first company took my money and ran. Setters came out, talked over the process with me, answered all of my questions, and returned with a fair price. They were very open and transparent with how long it would take to start, but once here, they had the install done in 2 days! Very professional, very polite. 100% recommend.

We had a "septic emergency." Over the course of a week and a half, I had contacted three different services. While waiting for two other people to show up, the septic system just stopped working. On a Sunday. Septic emergency had turned into a septic meltdown. I found Setters on Google. Even though they're about 30 miles away, I called them on a Sunday night and left a message on the machine. Within an hour, they returned the call. By Monday, they had fixed the meltdown. They came back on Tuesday to do some work that admittedly was done incorrectly when the house was built 30 years ago. After having several plumbers tell me we had a problem in our line setters came and Informed us not only was our line fine but it was the city's part that was messed up. The plumber then proceeded to call the city have them come fix the issue and did not leave till he know they had fixed it. I highly recommend setters . V
