I was frustrated that the hours on Google did not match actual hours that people were there. I went there twice and called numerous times and did not get a hold of anyone until later in the day. It would have been nice to at least have a sign on the door so that I am not sitting in the parking lot waiting for it to open on a day and time that it is supposed to be open.

Very fast delivery and excellent service! Just beware, that if you purchase 10yard topsoil for approximately $500 and have it delivered ($75), you may also receive pallets, nails, and brick with it!

Seventy West is an absolute gem! The owner is wonderful, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I ordered some compost from a cheaper source and recieved way less than what I ordered and the compost was trash and rocks with a little bit of large wood chips. Had I not been dealing with a serious unexpected issue at the time of delivery I would have sent the junk back, but I told him to dump it and I dealt with that later. THEN I ordered some QUALITY compost from 70 WEST. They gave me the right amount, and the quality is 10x better than the other stuff. The price difference made up for it big time. Lesson learned and I'll be dealing with 70 west from now on. Not to mention the driver actually called before they showed up and took the time to let me inspect the material. The whole team is top notch!
