I took a safe in to be opened because we did not have the combination. They tried multiple times to figure it out before it had to be drilled. They are the nicest people. Very professional! I would highly recommend them. Great experience

They arrived quickly and unlocked my vehicle with no problems. They charged $75.00 cash. I don't know if this is reasonable or not. I just wanted my keys and they did a good job with that.

I accidentally locked my keys in my car while my son and I were shopping in Sevierville. It took over an hour for them to get to us. I didn't have my phone with me so my husband was calling for us. I had to borrow a phone to call him to tell them they still hadn't come. When he called the shop to find out where they were, the guy told him that he came by and couldn't find us so went back to the shop. Didn't call my husband or try to find us or anything. He also failed to mention that it was cash only. I didn't have cash on me so after he got the car open, he followed me to an ATM. While I was getting money out of the ATM, he started talking to some of his buddies that were at that gas station. I was very unhappy with the way we were treated and the lack of professionalism extended

We drove 2 1/2 up for the rod run and realized we left the keys to a 72 camaro in the shop. This place cut an ignition key from a picture sent via cell phone.. car fired up with the first key she cut. From a picture!!! Who does that.? Very professional ppl they saved us money and a trip back to Ga. they have our business for life.
