SF City Parking

Do not park here. I wish I had read the reviews before doing so. I specifically told them that I would leave the car for 2-3 nights, and they specifically told me that I would pay only once, which I did in the beginning ($35). Then they demanded another $70 to let me have my car back - despite what they said. Looking at the reviews, this seems to be their "system". They tell you one thing in the beginning and hold your car hostage at the end. Never again.

I am very sad today. They scratch my vehicle and said politely but they treated me as like lion. Directly said “this is your last day” I already paid this month I told them “please return my money , they said “no”. They treated me bad because of I am Asian. I feel very sad. Parked there less than 24 hours. They broken my rear window. Week and a half later and no reply from emails or a check in the mail as promised. To me that means I paid $330 to park here for less than 24 hours. You do the math.

They tell you in-and-out is free then do not honor their policy (which is not posted, not stated on the receipt, and not stated on the website). The hotel told us that was the garage's policy. We confirmed the policy twice prior to parking making it clear that we would be staying at the nearby hotel for multiple nights. We then confirmed again before using the car after paying for day two. Yet when we returned a half hour later we were intimidated into paying the $40 again. I wouldn't have paid but it was after midnight, our stuff was still in the hotel, and the area is terrible. They did not refund the double charge the following day claiming the free in-and-out only applies to patrons who pay for both nights up front (which was not requested when I stated I would be staying two nig
