We have a signed contract to do work with this company. We did the design work for him and then he decided to tell us that the county was not requiring the work to be done but we explained to him we should be paid for the design work. First attempt to call and collect the money he stated "How do i know you did the design work" we told him we would bring the plans that we did when picking up payment for the work. Two more phone calls later now being ignored and number were blocked. So we called from another number and he answered and stated he was not paid by the customer so he could not pay us again not our fault. this contract is under Sutter Builders NOT with the homeowner. This dates back from 03/01/2021 and we have still not been paid he has blocked every number we call from now. So pl

Did work for this company back in February. Gave the guy a price for a job. Completed job immediately for this company. Still have not been payed for my work by this contractor. It is now August 6 months later. If you are a homeowner beware of this Contractor. He doesn't pay his subcontractors for the work they have completed. This can result in Liens placed on your property.
