I cannot recommend SFR strongly enough. I received personal service throughout the entire process, even before I signed the contract. When the inspection was complete, the inspector patiently explained the key features of the report in language I could understand and flagged the major items. The website has a report repair functionality that was extremely useful in creating lists of items to negotiate with the seller and in pricing the work I would pay for myself. SFR does not deserve five stars. They deserve more.

I hardly ever write review for any business. However. I think Ross did an amazing job for his inspection. This is the first time I bought house. I know nothing about inspection. Ross is very detailed oriented and responsible. His report is awesome. Also the price is affordable. Overall, I think Ross did phenomenal job.
