From start to floor completion, S&G is the BEST. Kayleigh was our sales rep. She was informative and proactive at following up. During the install, when we suddenly realized we had not ordered enough baseboards for our changed kitchen, Kayleigh hopped and found more baseboards, so we did not have to pay someone to come out again to install those. The crew installing the floors were professional and took good care to level the subfloor before installing the boards. Looks beautiful. So very happy. This is THE best store to buy a carpet/flooring. I called them to find out the price for a carpet sample i had seen at another store. Vahn was so kind, respectful, patient to help me find it, even though it wasn't one they carried. Next phone before going to the store, I got the manager Victoria. She was a gem. Again so helpful, kind, willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy. When I went into the store to finalize my choice, both Vahn and Victoria were there and I had the pleasure to see them in person. Honestly, if every store had this kind of customer service, this level of honesty, warmth and respect, this world would be a better place. My 2nd floor carpet has aged out. New Year’s Resolution: buy new. Anxiety? Ask a friend for advice. Answer: S&G Carpet. I called. Lucky for me, Vahn Manuel the flooring consultant answered. I talked, he listened and asked questions about rooms,colors and other details. He was kind. He didn’t talk fast. I requested and he scheduled a next day in-home appointment. He didn’t talk fast. I felt comfortable and not rushed. Important factor for me. 1st stage. A-plus! Immediately (next day) post home inspection I received a call from Vahn. He asked if I had any questions about the estimate that Will had provided us from his inspection. I was reviewing and had a concern or maybe just a question about the pricing. He noted my concerns, conferred with his manager then forwarded an updated proposal

Everyone we interacted with at S&G has been great. Sales with Vahn, Dylan and the installer Kevin were great. Jonathon stopped by afterwards to make sure the install went well. Fantastic experience highly recommended.
